System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend SB 545 (House Committee Report) in SECTION 1 of the bill 
as follows: 
	(1)  In amended Subdivision (3), Subsection (b), Section 
644.101, Transportation Code (page 1, line 19), strike "or" and 
substitute "[or]".
	(2)  In amended Subdivision (4), Subsection (b), Section 
644.101, Transportation Code (page 1, line 20), between "(4)" and 
"a", insert the following:

a municipality with a population of at least 34,000 that is located 
in a county that borders two or more states; or
		(5)
