Amend SB 699 as follows:                                                     
	1. On Page 1, Line 9, strike the words "statutory county 
court, or statutory probate court" and insert the words "or 
statutory county court".
	2. On Page 1, on Line 12, strike the word "two" and insert the 
word "three".
	3. On Page 1, on Line 14, strike the word "four" and insert 
the word "three".
	4. On Page 2, on Line 4, strike the word "two" and insert the 
word "three".
	5. On page 2, on Line 6, strike the word "four" and insert the 
word "three".
