Amend CSSB 758 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 9 of 
the bill, in added Subsection (g), Section 264.107, Family Code 
(page 5, line 67), between "child." and "The", by inserting "An 
employee may not provide emergency care under this subsection in 
the employee's residence.".
