	Amend SB 759 (House Committee Printing), in SECTION 2 of the 
bill, in amended Subsection (d), Section 263.501, Family Code, by 
striking Subdivisions (5) and (6) (page 2, lines 4 through 8), and 
substituting the following:
		(5)  the child's attorney ad litem and volunteer 
advocate, if the appointments were not dismissed in the final 
order; [and]
		(6)  the licensed administrator of the child-placing 
agency responsible for placing the child for adoption; and
		(7)  any other person or agency named by the court as 
having an interest in the child's welfare.
