	Amend SB 792 (House Committee printing) as follows:                          

(1)  In SECTION 3.01 of the bill, at the end of proposed 	Section 223.210, Transportation Code (page 10, between lines 12 and 
13), insert:
	(s)  This section applies to a facility agreement under a 
comprehensive development agreement in the same manner that it 
applies to a comprehensive development agreement, regardless of 
whether the comprehensive development agreement was entered into on 
or after May 1, 2007, if the facility agreement was entered into on 
or after that date.
	(2)  In SECTION 4.01 of the bill, in amended Subsection (f), 
Section 223.201, Transportation Code (page 10, at the end of line 
18), add "or facility agreements under a comprehensive development 
agreement".
	(3)  In SECTION 11.01 of the bill, at the end of proposed 
Section 371.103, Transportation Code (page 62, between lines 4 and 
5), insert:
	(f)  This section applies to a facility agreement under a 
comprehensive development agreement in the same manner that it 
applies to a comprehensive development agreement, regardless of 
whether the commission selected an apparent best value proposer for 
the comprehensive development agreement before May 1, 2007, if the 
facility agreement was entered into on or after that date.
	(4)  In SECTION 11.01 of the bill, in proposed Subsection 
(a), Section 371.153, Transportation Code (page 64, line 2), strike 
"later" and substitute "earlier".
