	Amend Amendment No. 13 to SB 792 by Kolkhorst in item (1) of 
the amendment, at the end of proposed Subsection (s), Section 
223.210, Transportation Code (page 1, line 10), by adding "This 
subsection does not apply to a facility agreement under a 
comprehensive development agreement to which Subsection (b) does 
not apply."
