following item to the amendment:
	Amend SB 792, in Section 11.01 of the bill, at the end of 
proposed Section 371.101(c), Transportation Code (on page 59, line 
23), between "project" and the period, insert the following:

, if not included in an agreed base case financial model under 
Subsection (b)
