Amend SB 792 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
ARTICLE to the bill and renumbering subsequent ARTICLES of the bill 
appropriately:

ARTICLE ____. METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATIONS
	SECTION ____.01.  Subchapter D, Chapter 472, Transportation 
Code, is amended by adding Section 472.034 to read as follows:
	Sec. 472.034.  ETHICS POLICY.  Each policy board shall adopt 
bylaws establishing an ethics policy to prevent a policy board 
member from having a conflict of interest in business before the 
metropolitan planning organization.
