	Amend SB 792 (House committee printing) as follows:                          
	(1) In SECTION 7.01 of the bill, added Section 
228.0111(s)(1), Transportation Code (page 28, lines 4 and 5), 
strike ", except for the State Highway 161 project in Dallas 
County".
	(2) In SECTION 7.01 of the bill, added Section 
228.0111(s)(4), Transportation Code (page 28, line 13), strike 
"or".
	(3) In SECTION 7.01 of the bill, added Section 228.011(s)(5), 
Transportation Code (page 28, line 15), between "IH 30" and the 
period, insert the following:

		(6) the state Highway 161 project in Dallas County                     
	(4) Strike SECTION 7.02 of the bill (page 29, line 26 through 
page 30, line 1).
