Amend CSSB 889 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, amended Section 552.261(a), 
Government Code (on page 1, line 20), strike "50" and substitute 
"100 [50]".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, added Section 552.261(a-1), 
Government Code (on page 1, line 29), strike "50" and substitute 
"100".
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, added Section 552.261(a-1), 
Government Code (on page 1, line 36), between "expense" and 
"incurred", insert "actually".
