Amend CSSB 889 as follows:                                                   
	In SECTION 4 of the bill, in added Section 552.2715, 
Government Code (page 3, line 2) insert after the word 
"inspection":

, except that no charge may be made for making the responsive public 
information available for inspection if responsive paper records 
are wholly contained in one document, regardless of the number of 
pages contained in that document.
