Amend CSSB 889 as follows:                                                   
	(4)  In SECTION 4 of the bill, in Section 552.2715, 
Government Code, (page 3, line 5) insert the following sentence 
after the sentence ending in "information" and before the sentence 
beginning "This":

The amount of this charge relating to the cost of locating, 
compiling, and producing the public information shall be 
established by rules prescribed by the attorney general under 
Section 552.262(a) and (b).
