Amend Amendment No. 14 to CSSB 909 by Hodge as follows: (1) On page 1, line 4, of the amendment strike "department employee" and substitute "member of the board may not serve as a parole commissioner before the second anniversary of the date the person's membership on the board ceases.". (2) On page 1, strike lines 5 though 10 of the amendment.
