Amend CSSB 909 (House Committee Printing) in SECTION 35, in added Subsection (i), Section 509.011, Government Code, as follows: (1) On page 37, line 23, immediately after "supervision;", add "and". (2) On page 37, lines 24-27, strike existing Subdivision (2). (3) On page 38, line 1, strike "(3)" and substitute "(2)".
