80(R) SB 909 - 2nd reading 3 (H)

The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSSB 909 (House Committee Report) in SECTION 25 of the 
bill by striking added Subsection (f), Section 508.033, Government 
Code (page 27, lines 10-13), and substituting the following:
	(f) A person who is a current or former member or employee of 
the board or a current or former employee of the department may not 
serve as a parole commissioner before the second anniversary of the 
date the person's membership on or employment with the board 
ceases.
