Amend Floor Amendment No. 5 on CSSB 909 by Madden by striking Item (2) of the amendment (page 1, lines 4 through 6) and substituting the following: (2) In SECTION 13 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (a), Section 493.027, Government Code (page 13, line 14), strike "regularly".
