Amend CSSB 911 by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION and renumbering the subsequent SECTIONs accordingly: SECTION ___. Section 161.055, Agriculture Code, is amended by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows: (d) Chapter 149 does not apply to animals tested by the commission under this section.
