Amend CSSB 1101 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of 
the bill, following added Section 113.002, Occupations Code (page 
1, after line 63), by inserting the following new Section 113.003:
	Sec. 113.003. EXPIRATION.  This chapter expires September 
1, 2009.
