Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 1105 by adding the 
following SECTION to the bill, appropriately numbered, and 
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION ___.  The following statutes are repealed:                             
		(1)  Section 313.007, Tax Code;                                               
		(2)  Subchapter E, Chapter 313, Tax Code; and                                 
		(3)  Section 16(a), Chapter 1, Acts of the 79th 
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, 2006.
