Amend CSSB 1115 on third reading (committee printing) as 
follows:          
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 
254.004(b), Health and Safety Code (page 1, lines 58-59), strike 
"of not less than $500 and not more than $1,000 as".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 
254.004(e), Health and Safety Code (page 2, line 4), strike 
"annually" and substitute "every two years".
	(3)  In SECTIONS 4, 5, and 6 of the bill (page 7, line 7, 
lines 17-18, line 19, and line 24), strike "September 1, 2008" each 
time the phrase occurs and substitute "December 1, 2008".
	(4)  In SECTION 4 of the bill, in Subsection (b) (page 7, line 
11), strike "March 1, 2008" and substitute "September 1, 2008".
