Amend SB 1154 House Committee Substitute as follows:                         
	(1) In SECTION 2, amend Chapter 1956, Occupations Code, 
Subchapter A, Section 1956.001, page 2, beginning on line 2 of the 
bill, to read as follows:
		(4) "Copper or brass material" means:                                  
			(A) insulated or noninsulated copper wire or cable 
of the type used by a public utility or common carrier that consists 
of at least 50% contains copper or an alloy of copper or zinc.
