	Amend SB 1217 as follows:                                                    
	(1) Insert the following appropriately numbered SECTION to 
the bill and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill as 
appropriate:
	SECTION ____. Section 11.40, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is 
repealed.
