Amend CSSB 1341 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 6 of 
the bill, in added Subsection (a), Section 1.26, Chapter 626, Acts 
of the 73rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1993, as follows:
	(1)  At the end of Subdivision (3) (page 3, line 17), strike 
"; and" and substitute "; [and]".
	(2)  At the end of Paragraph (E), Subdivision (4), between 
"law" and the period (page 3, line 26), insert the following:

; and                                                                  
		(5)  allow irrigation use to continue in order to 
permit the user to complete the  irrigation of a crop in progress
