The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend SB 1436 on third reading in SECTION 3 of the bill, in
amended Section 6.012, Water Code (page 3, line 8), between
"development" and "of" insert "and implementation".
