80(R) SB 1436 - 2nd reading F1 (S)

Amend CSSB 1436 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                      
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (b), 
Section 251.004, Insurance Code (page 1, line 22), strike 
"biennium" and substitute "year".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (b), 
Section 251.004, Insurance Code (page 1, line 24), strike "$6.1 
million" and substitute "$3.05 million".
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (b), 
Section 251.004, Insurance Code (page 1, line 25), strike "this 
subtitle" and substitute "Chapter 252".
