The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend SB 1562 (House committee report) in SECTION 1 of the 
bill, immediately following proposed Section 829.001, Health and 
Safety Code (page 1, between lines 13 and 14), by inserting the 
following:
	Sec. 829.0015.  APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER.  This chapter 
applies only to a county:
		(1)  that has a population of more than 75,000; or                     
		(2)  in which the commissioners court by order has 
adopted this chapter.
