	Amend CSSB 1693 in SECTION 1 of the bill as follows:                         

(1)  In proposed Section 672.051(a)(3)(A), Business &	Commerce Code (House committee printing, page 3, line 13), strike 
"a municipally owned airport" and substitute "an airport owned by a 
municipality or county".
	(2)  In proposed Section 672.051(a)(3)(B), Business &
Commerce Code (House committee printing, page 3, line 15), between 
"highway" and "or", insert ", a United States highway,".
