	Amend CSSB 1693 (house committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, strike added Paragraph (A), 
Subdivision (3), Subsection (a), Section 672.051, Business &
Commerce Code (page 3, lines 13 and 14).
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subdivision (3), 
Subsection (a), Section 672.051, Business & Commerce Code (page 3, 
line 15), strike "(B)" and substitute "(A)".
	 (3) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subdivision (3),
