80(R) SB 1781 - 2nd reading 2 (H)

	Amend SB 1781 (house committee printing) as follows:                         

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Subdivision (8), 	Subsection (a), Section 16.033, Civil Practice and Remedies Code 
(page 2, lines 7 and 8), strike "or include".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (c), 
Section 16.033, Civil Practice and Remedies Code (page 2, line 13), 
between "containing a" and "defect,", insert "ministerial".
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (c), 
Section 16.033, Civil Practice and Remedies Code (page 2, lines 14 
and 15), strike "or failing to contain a certificate of 
acknowledgment and".
