80(R) SB 1879 - 3rd reading 1 (H)

The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend SB 1879 (house committee printing) as follows:                         

(1)  In SECTION 6 of the bill, in Subdivision (1), Subsection 	(b), between "Safety" and the semicolon (page 13, line 5), insert 
"or the director's designee".
	(2)  In SECTION 6 of the bill, in Subsection (c), between 
"director" and "is" (page 13, line 19), insert "or the director's 
designee".
	(3)  In SECTION 6 of the bill, in Subsection (c) (page 13, 
line 22), strike "director" and substitute "presiding officer".
