System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend SB 1896 in SECTION 1 of the bill by striking amended 
Subsection (e), Section 562.1085, Occupations Code (House 
Committee Printing, page 2, lines 15-19), and substituting the 
following:
	(e)  The board shall adopt the rules, policies, and 
procedures necessary to administer this section, including rules 
that require a health care facility to inform the Health and Human 
Services Commission and a penal institution to inform the Texas 
Department of Criminal Justice of medicines returned to a pharmacy 
under this section.
