Amend SJR 61, in SECTION 1 of the bill, in Subsection (i), 
Section 17, Article VII, Texas Constitution (committee printing 
page 2, lines 12 and 13), by striking "allocated, distributed," and 
substituting "allocated and[,] distributed pursuant to an 
appropriate formula[,]".
