| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |||
| SECTION 1. Section 62.014, Parks and Wildlife Code, is | |||
| amended by adding Subsection (n) to read as follows: | |||
| (n) The requirements of this section do not apply to a | |||
| person who is a member of the United States military forces serving | |||
| on active duty. | |||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2007. | |||
