| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |||
| SECTION 1. Section 12.0112(b), Health and Safety Code, is | |||
| amended to read as follows: | |||
| (b) This section does not apply to a license issued for a | |||
| youth camp under Chapter 141 or a food manager certificate issued | |||
| under Subchapter G, Chapter 438. | |||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2007. | |||
