A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|

AN ACT
|

|
relating to the term of a food manager certificate. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 12.0112(b), Health and Safety Code, is |
|
|
amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(b) This section does not apply to a license issued for a |
|
|
youth camp under Chapter 141 or a food manager certificate issued |
|
|
under Subchapter G, Chapter 438. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2007. |
