A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|
|
|
AN ACT
|

|
|
relating to the posting by the General Land Office of information |
|
|
about the process for purchasing commercial real estate from the |
|
|
School Land Board. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 51.052, Natural Resources Code, is |
|
|
amended by adding Subsection (i-1) to read as follows: |
|
|
(i-1) The land office shall post information related to the |
|
|
process for purchasing commercial real estate under Subsection (i) |
|
|
on the land office's Internet website. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2007. |
