A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
 
  relating to the disclosure of the name of a student or minor who is
  involved in an improper relationship with an educator.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 21.12, Penal Code, is amended by adding
  Subsection (d) to read as follows:
         (d)  The name of a person who is enrolled in a public or
  private primary or secondary school and involved in an improper
  relationship with an educator as provided by Subsection (a) may not
  be released to the public and is not public information under
  Chapter 552, Government Code.
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2007.
