A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the delegation of a county commissioners court's powers
to regulate traffic on county roads.
       BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
       SECTION 1.  Section 251.159(a), Transportation Code, is
amended to read as follows:
       (a)  This section applies only to a county with a population
of more than 78,000 [200,000].
       SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2007.
