A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the compensation of the members of the juvenile board of
Parker County.
       BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
       SECTION 1.  Section 152.1901(c), Human Resources Code, is
amended to read as follows:
       (c)  The commissioners court shall pay the juvenile board
members an annual salary of not less [more] than $6,000, payable in
equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other
available fund of the county.
       SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect October 1, 2007.
