AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the compensation of the members of the juvenile board of |
|
|
Parker County. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 152.1901(c), Human Resources Code, is |
|
|
amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(c) The commissioners court shall pay the juvenile board |
|
|
members an annual salary of not less [more] than $6,000, payable in |
|
|
equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other |
|
|
available fund of the county. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect October 1, 2007. |
