benefits to Killeen, Fort Hood, and the region; and
WHEREAS, Developed in collaboration with the City of Killeen,
Fort Hood, the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce, and the Central
Texas Workforce Center, the Dell work-from-home program employs

more convenient for Fort Hood soldiers and military contractors, as
well as Central Texas business and leisure travelers, without
disrupting military operations; more than 300,000 passengers have
passed through the airport since it began service in 2004; and

  military presence; and
WHEREAS, The Dell work-from-home program and the

  accomplishments; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the 80th Legislature of the State of Texas
