HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
WHEREAS, The life of Gracie Ray Anne Williams was cut |
|
tragically short on April 1, 2007, at the age of four, and the Texas |
|
House of Representatives and Senate join her family and friends in |
|
mourning their loss; and |
|
WHEREAS, Born to Kevin and Jana Williams of Bogata, Gracie |
|
brought immeasurable joy to her parents and to all who were |
|
privileged to be a part of her life; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although her time on this earth ended far too soon, |
|
the memory of this cherished little girl will forever endure in the |
|
hearts of those who knew and loved her; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the 80th Legislature of the State of Texas |
|
hereby pay tribute to the life of Gracie Ray Anne Williams and |
|
extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her |
|
parents, Kevin and Jana Williams; to her grandparents, Doug and |
|
Kathie Sue Williams and Roger and Joan Weatherall; to her |
|
great-grandparents, Ellen Tuck and Melba Williams; to her uncle, |
|
Brandon Williams and his wife, Heather; to her aunt, Krista Parish |
|
and her husband, Chad; to her cousins, Cody Williams and Sarah and |
|
Jacob Parish; and to her other relatives and friends; and, be it |
|
further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives and Senate adjourn this day, they do so in memory of |
|
Gracie Ray Anne Williams. |
