HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|

|
WHEREAS, The House of Representatives of the State of Texas |
|
|
has returned Senate Bill No. 903 to the Senate of the State of |
|
|
Texas; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the house is |
|
|
necessary; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, by the House of Representative of the State of |
|
|
Texas, the Senate of the State of Texas concurring, That the house |
|
|
hereby respectfully requests that the secretary of the senate be |
|
|
authorized to return Senate Bill No. 903 to the house for further |
|
|
consideration. |
