HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 472 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 80th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to make the following correction: |
|
|
In SECTION 1.20 of ARTICLE 1 of the bill, as amended by Senate |
|
|
Floor Amendment No. 1, in added Section 4151.254(b)(1)(B), |
|
|
Insurance Code, strike "under Section 4151.252" and substitute |
|
|
"under Section 4151.253". |
