CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3107 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 80th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to make the following corrections: |
|
|
(1) In Section 4 of the bill, add the following |
|
|
appropriately numbered new subdivision to that section: |
|
|
(_) all accounts created or re-created by House Bill |
|
|
No. 12 or similar legislation; |
|
|
(2) In Section 6 of the bill, add the following |
|
|
appropriately numbered new subdivision to that section: |
|
|
(_) all dedications or re-dedications of revenue made |
|
|
by House Bill No. 12 or similar legislation, including sales tax |
|
|
revenue on sporting goods as provided by that legislation; |
|
|
(3) Renumber the existing subdivisions of Sections 4 and 6 |
|
|
of the bill accordingly. |
