HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3382 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 80th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to correct House Bill No. 3382 in SECTION 1 of the conference |
|
|
committee report, at the end of added Subsection (c), Section |
|
|
51.970, Education Code, strike "manufacturer, as applicable, shall |
|
|
provide the electronic copy not later than the 15th business day |
|
|
after the date of receipt of the request." and substitute "format |
|
|
of the instructional material. The publisher or manufacturer, as |
|
|
applicable, shall provide the electronic copy not later than the |
|
|
15th business day after the date of receipt of the request.". |
