| RESOLVED, That, after all nominating and seconding speeches | ||
| have been given, the secretary of state shall recognize each duly | ||
| nominated and seconded candidate for speaker who wishes to address | ||
| the house. The secretary of state shall recognize the candidates in | ||
| the order in which the candidates were nominated. A candidate's | ||
| address may not exceed ten minutes in length. | ||
