R E S O L U T I O N

RESOLVED, That, after all nominating and seconding speeches have been given, the secretary of state shall recognize each duly nominated and seconded candidate for speaker who wishes to address the house. The secretary of state shall recognize the candidates in the order in which the candidates were nominated. A candidate's address may not exceed ten minutes in length.
