R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Memories of a life well lived may bring comfort to |
|
the many individuals who are mourning the loss of Francisca V. |
|
Flores of Sullivan City; and |
|
WHEREAS, Born on October 19, 1934, in Cuevitas, Mrs. Flores |
|
was known for her kindness and patience; she worked with children |
|
for three decades and remained dedicated to imparting the value of |
|
education throughout her life; and |
|
WHEREAS, Mrs. Flores was a devoted wife and mother; she |
|
shared more than half a century with her husband, Gumaro, and she |
|
nurtured and sustained her daughter, Esmeralda, and son, Kino, with |
|
wisdom and tenderness; later in life, she considered herself truly |
|
blessed to be the grandmother of three; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although Francisca Flores will be missed by all who |
|
knew her, her spirit will live on in the hearts of the many people |
|
whose lives she touched during her time on this earth; now, |
|
therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Francisca V. Flores |
|
and extend deepest sympathy to the members of her family: to her |
|
husband, Gumaro Flores; to her daughter, Esmeralda Anany; to her |
|
son, Ismael "Kino" Flores and his wife, Debra; to her |
|
grandchildren, Kino Flores, Jr., Kareema Anany, and Eric Daniel |
|
Flores; and to her other relatives and many friends; and, be it |
|
further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Francisca |
|
V. Flores. |
