R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The certain knowledge of a life well lived may
  temper the profound sadness caused by the passing of John Addersley
  Campbell, Sr.; and
         WHEREAS, Born on March 24, 1931, in Cambridge, Massachusetts,
  Mr. Campbell served his country with distinction during the Korean
  and Vietnam Wars before retiring from the U.S. Air Force in 1970;
  and
         WHEREAS, He was a devoted husband to his wife of 42 years,
  Martha Kay Campbell, who preceded him in death, and he was held in
  the highest regard by all who knew him; while his death has brought
  great sorrow to his loved ones, he has left behind many fond
  memories that they will treasure forever; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of John Addersley
  Campbell, Sr., and that sincere sympathy be extended to the members
  of his family: to his sons, John Campbell, Jr., and his wife,
  Jennifer, Roy Campbell, and Kenneth Campbell, and his wife,
  Jeanette; to his grandchildren, John Campbell III, and his wife,
  Mirella, Alisa, Devin, Andrew, Taylor, Kalyn, and Hannah Campbell,
  and Clair and Tucker Garcia; to his great-grandchildren, Joshua and
  Kimberly Campbell; to his brother, Louis Campbell, and his wife,
  Pat; to his fiancée, Dr. Liz McDaniel; and to his other relatives
  and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of John
  Addersley Campbell, Sr.
