R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the |
|
|
passing of Chris Mireles of San Antonio on February 4, 2007, at the |
|
|
age of 59; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Mireles played a positive role in the lives of |
|
|
those around her and held a treasured place in the heart of her |
|
|
family; her steadfast devotion to her faith and her warm and |
|
|
generous spirit infused all her relationships and brought joy and |
|
|
cheer to many; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Chris Mireles will be deeply missed, and those |
|
|
fortunate enough to have known her will forever cherish their |
|
|
memories of the time spent in her company; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Chris Mireles and |
|
|
extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her mother, |
|
|
Eleanor Mireles; to her brothers and sisters-in-law, Eugene and |
|
|
Estella Mireles, Bill Mireles, Bob and Diane Mireles, Larry |
|
|
Mireles, and the Honorable Andy Mireles and his wife, Margaret |
|
|
Mireles; and to all who mourn the passing of this beloved woman; |
|
|
and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Chris |
|
|
Mireles. |
